Polygons and transparency
These two polygons were declared as non-transparent. We can check here how order of layers on a 2D pictures was preserved while transforming to JavaView.
MuPAD
Image obtained in MuPAD. The green triangle is on top.
JavaView
The same model in JavaView. Order of layers is the same as in MuPAD. However, in Display panel the two options 'Enable sorting' and 'Enable Z-Buffer' should be turned off.
