Discrete 3D objects and presentation graphics
One thousand points in 3D
In this example I use 1000 random points in 3D. All points have the same size. The JVX file is very large. However, the JVX.ZIP file is only 19KB. The model in JavaView is quite easy to manipulate. It will slow down if we add some transparency or 3D look.

JavaView
The same model in JavaView. All points were merged in JavaView into one object. This makes the JVX file even smaller.
